The transition from school into the world of work isn't always straightforward. Young people are entering a changing job market where employers increasingly value practical experience, work-readiness and skills that aren't always taught in the classroom. At the same time, many young people don't feel they fully understand what employers expect of them or have the experience needed to compete for their first opportunities.
That's why we believe career guidance should go beyond choosing a job. Young people need the confidence, knowledge and practical skills to make informed decisions about education, work, money and their future.
That's the idea behind The blooPrint: giving young people the guidance and tools many wished they had themselves — helping them make more informed decisions about their future, with confidence.
